INSTALL
# apt-get install git git-core build-essential
# apt-get install rpm python-decorator python-dbus python-gobject python-pyudev python-configobj
# git clone https://github.com/Jmlevick/tuned-ubuntu.git
# cd tuned-ubuntu
# git checkout dbus-manual-restart
# make install
# tuned-adm list
Cannot talk to Tuned daemon via DBus.
# reboot
# tuned-adm list
