timerange options:
  --hours [HOURLY RANGES] --weekdays [WEEKDAYS ACTIVE] --weekly_ranges [WEEKLY RANGES]

 --hours     ex) 0-1 (시간단위 범위 입력 ==> 초단위 출력)
 --weekdays  ex) sun | mon | tue | wed | thu | fri | sat
 --weekly    ex) ???

QUOTA 옵션하고 비슷한 부분이며 디테일한부분이 추가된듯...;;

  --id [unique identifier for querying bandwidth]
  --type [combined|individual_src|individual_dst|individual_local|individual_remote]
  --subnet [a.b.c.d/mask] (0 < mask < 32)
  --greater_than [BYTES]
  --less_than [BYTES]
  --current_bandwidth [BYTES]
  --reset_interval [minute|hour|day|week|month]
  --reset_time [OFFSET IN SECONDS]
  --intervals_to_save [NUMBER OF PREVIOS INTERVALS TO STORE IN MEMORY]
  --last_backup_time [UTC SECONDS SINCE 1970]
  --check Check another bandwidth rule without incrementing it
  --check_with_src_dst_swap Check another bandwidth rule without incrementing it, swapping src & dst ips for check
